On a scale of 1-10, Dr. Nguyen and his staff get a 15. Dr. Nguyen understands the degree of profound uncertainty and anxiety his patients bring to their appointments. He is a master at listening and not rushing his patients, and he has a gift for communicating highly complex clinical information in ways everyone can understand. Dr. Nguyen's reputation precedes him. A top cardiac surgeon in the DFW Area referred me to him, and when I inquired about him with a nurse leader at the hospital, his reply “Dr. Nguyen is the absolute best; he is the top leading edge robotic Thoracic surgeon in the area. All his patients do well with their surgery and, on average, get home sooner than patients of other surgeons. “ What a remarkable experience I had with Dr. Nguyen and the staff.
