I had a rough day at the Sedona Medical Center and was moved to the Cottonwood emergency facility because Sedona doesn't have an ultrasound. Sooo, after waiting and waiting and having tests with uncaring people in both facilities, Dr. Bachman came to see me with results after being in the ER for 7 hours, mostly waiting. He was a breath of fresh air. Although I am sure he was extremely busy, he never rushed, was compassionate and caring, and had a real air of professionalism which NAH lacks. He is a real asset to NAH and I hope they don't lose him! He really is a wonderful doctor! I wish he was in primary care...I could change to him in a second!!! Thank you Dr. Bachman!
