I worked in healthcare for over 40 years, as a technologist and medical imaging specialist, and consider myself a discriminating, if sometimes difficult, patient. That said, I have been more than impressed with Dr Porter. He was sensitive to the urgency of my pain, and a great listener to my concerns. He didn't talk down to me, but rather, counseled me beforehand.Having had multiple steroid injections in the past, from 3 different pain Drs in other areas where I have lived, I can state unequivocally that Dr Porter was the best among them. Adena is very lucky to have him.
