Dr Coates treated my mother after she was transported to Albany Med from another hospital due to her very serious and unknown condition. He was calming and confident, working closely with a hematologist team, and was able to quickly diagnose and begin necessary treatment. His patience with my endless questions was so much appreciated. I can’t say enough good about him!
