Dr. Federer is an excellent Hand Surgeon. He is very meticulous and professional in planning complicated surgeries and I was blessed that he was the one called upon to do my very complicated surgery. I had great results and I hope others will have the opportunity to have Dr. Federer do their surgeries. I highly recommend Dr. Federer.
