Dr Gelfand is by far one of the best pulmonologists, if not pediatricians I have ever utilized. He is considerate, knowledgable and take the time necessary to educate patients and parents. He was the only physician willing to work until we found a cause for my teenage sons high fever. Dr Gelfand found us a solution and relief from what had been weeks long illness. Dr Gelfand has truly been a gift to mine and my childrens lives
