First appointment with Dr. Yu and I found him to be kind, thourough and patient. I have a lot of different things going on and I felt that he took the time to speak with me about ongoing and complicated issues. He gave me ample opportunities to ask questions and express my concerns. I was able to get in to see him within a couple of days - but that was because someone else cancelled.
