I was referred to Dr by a fellow Opthomalogist who highly recommended him. Dr Jilwan was exceptionally knowledgeable in my eye condition, Strabismus. Each visit he explained everything in layman speak and he provided me with several options. Bottom line, he improved my eyesight and greatly improved my appearance and confidence. Would also highly recommend Dr. Jilwan. Compassionate and so enthused with his expertise!
