My husband was inpatient at St Tammany Hospital. On discharge day Dr Baier took time to consult with an infection control doctor. They decided a different course of treatment would have a better rate of success. He explained it would delay discharge yet be better than what tests indicated would work. I’m very grateful for his thoroughness.
