Dr Chen is Fantastic! He performed 2 Cataract Surgeries on my Mother. He prayed with my Mother each time. He is first a Good Man and a Fantastic eye Dr. My Mother's surgeries and care were Outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable and a very caring man.
