My Husband and I are extremely happy with Dr. Palafox. He has excellent benefits side manners, listens to his patients, Answers all questions and he cares about his patients. We see him at the Lee Trevino office. associates and nurses are on top of all your needs. from making an appointment,registering you in system. Sending the portal for pre registration. Getting to the office signing in. Getting x-rays done. If you need referrals staff and doctor work together to get you going where you need. Getting you Rx from first and future. let doctor Palafox know what you may need refills on. He will evaluate them and see to it that you need them or not. He will refill if he sees that you definitely need them. Than your out the door. He is extremely professional.
