Patient Reviews
Nov 22, 2023
On my hip revision he was my 2nd opinion because I was told they would have to break my leg open and lengthen it from another doctor which scared me. Dr Palmisano told me that would be his last resort. He ended up having to do that anyways but I felt more at ease because he talked me through it before hand. Was told it could take up to 2 years before it was completely healed but after 6 I can tell this man knew his stuff. Because of my hip revision going so well, I didn't even look for anyone else for my knee replacement. My knee was so crooked and bad and because I had metal from my hip to my ankle, ) screws had to be taken out, my femur had to be filed down to get the replacement lined up correctly and my knee cap shifted over. The pain of both surgeries was beyond what I could have imagined but I finally had a hip that isn't popping out of place, which happened 4 times and again on the operating table, and a knee that is pretty close to being straight. It's more than never expected.
