He took the time to listen attentively to all of our questions and concerns, addressing each one with thoroughness and clarity. His knowledge and expertise were evident as he patiently explained medical complexities in a way that was easy to understand. He cared for the whole family to make sure that we felt supported and informed throughout the entire process.
