Patient Reviews
Feb 21, 2024
We took both of my elderly parents, including my father, who has a debilitating disability, to Dr. Sumnicht for their cataract surgeries and he was incredible! We were pessimistic about whether we could find someone who would display cross-cultural sensitivity and understanding towards our elderly and disabled parents, but Dr. Sumnicht was not only an excellent provider and did a great job in improving their vision, he made the process as stress-free as possible by being friendly and approachable to my elderly and disabled parents and us, their children, as their caretakers. I would 10/10 recommend Dr. Sumnicht to anyone!

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
