When we finally received service (it took 1.5 hours to see a doctor) from a doctor at WAMH ER it was Dr. Calvert. He was professional, immediately ordered CT Scan, explain test results and made sure we understood the seriousness of the situation for our transfer to SLMC. He reassured us the surgeon at SLMC was the best for our situation. He probably spent 15-20 minutes with us in total.
