He is a gentle, patient-centered doctor, very respectful and thoroughly explains the problem and suggested treatment. Unfortunately, I have twice had questions about my previous appointment with him at Aloha Eye Clinic and both times never received a return call from the clinic. This is not Dr. Parlin's fault. Aloha Eye Clinic is hopeless on returning patients' calls.
