Dr Shannon is wonderful. He was compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained things well. We are from Maryland and had never been to UF health. We were taken quickly at the emergency room and treated well throughout our visit. Covid is scary so we will never forget both the kindness of Dr Shannon and also the RN Danny who made us so comfortable. I’m an extremely hard “stick” and Danny found my vein the first time...a miracle! Thank you... we will always be grateful. Pam and Jim
