When I arrived they had me scheduled for the wrong procedure getting that corrected delayed my procedure. After the procedure I was told about post procedure care. Why wasn’t I told prior to procedure as I could have had my medication! Went to two different pharmacist both had to order so I cannot get my medication until 11-13-24 no ideal. Was not prepared for home care as did not have instructions. This could have all been avoided by informing me prior to procedure. Had to call the office with an hour wait in phone queue to get clarification on post procedure care. I hope this will be taken seriously so no one is put in the position I am in.
