In short, to use simple terms to define Dr. Angel Mier-Hicks as compassionate, caring, professional, and comforting would be unfair to a doctor who is much more than the words described. From the very start and soon after I was told that I was diagnosed with Stage 3 cancer, Dr. Hicks comforted and reassured me that my long-term outlook was promising with the care and guidance he and the Texas Oncology Treatment Center could provide. Upon meeting Dr. Hicks for the first time, I instantly knew that I was in the care of a doctor who had treated many cancer patients throughout his career and trusted that I could let go of any and all doubts on whether I had chose the right doctor and treatment center. Dr. Hicks was truly a Godsend in my time of need, and knowing what I now know, should be a first choice for those who are in urgent need of an oncologist. Thank you Dr. Hicks for saving my life.
