Dr. Downs, is an exceptional person, who has gone way past what is expected from a neurosurgeon, with her kindness and understanding. she stopped what would have been catostrophic for me, by using her skills and performing surgery on my neck and stopping paralysis. I still require two more surgeries, but I know that I am in the hands of the elite in her trade.
