I'm a relatively new patient to Dr. Catalano. Upon my first visit, I was mightily impressed with the office. The space itself is meticulously clean and filled with tech that I have not seen at other dentist offices. Dr. Catalano read my x-rays and despite the fact that I'm not experiencing any symptoms, delivered all kinds of bad news including that SIX crowns were merited. She put together a treatment plan that included seeing an endodontist and then returning to start into my issues - primarily decay under existing crowns. The plan was wisely prioritized and planned out to most effectively use my insurance benefits. The office also indicated that they would work with me regarding payment. All of this news was delivered with empathy and compassion - and even a smile. I'm happy to be in such capable hands.
