Dr. Chow and the staff have been nothing but respectful to all our family. They explain the procedures very well and let us know if the insurance covers it. They are very accommodating to our needs and others (requesting for them to mask up due to continued Covid risk). They are wearing PPE and mask while doing any dental work on our kids so we felt a lot safer. Of course there is always a risk due to other patients coming in but both the doctors made sure we feel protected and respected on our request for accommodation to protect our kids.
