Dr. Prato is accessible, responsive. She listens and cares. My daughter has a rare disorder that Dr. Prato researched herself and then found a specialist to help. She has been accessible during ER visits - even recommending the ER doctor do a test that he hadn't planned to do - and it turned out positive! I can't recommend her highly enough!
