Dr. Scalzi suspected that my husband had a possibly serious health problem. Immediately after his exam, she kicked it into hyper-drive, ordering tests and lab work, stat. She took the time to call and explain the results as they were coming in, and even carved out all the time needed to sit with us and paint the picture of what the aggregated results meant, without charging us for the visit. She is human and compassionate, and one of the best medical professionals I've ever worked with.
