Very patient centered. Listens. Engages. Makes eye contact. Knows her medicine and is on top of things. Goes the extra mile to communicate either directly or through her staff. She or her staff respond promptly to calls. Thorough. Provides clear explanations in understandable vocabulary that patients can understand. This is very important especially for the elderly. I help take care of one.
