Dr Nguyen is the definition of what a doctor should be. If this was solely based on her, 5/5 stars in every category. Not only does she have superb bed side manner both for the children and parents but is extremely gifted in what she does. We are forever grateful for Dr Nguyen and how she corrected our daughters estrobia. That being said, unfortunately this is something that needs to be addressed and therefore hence the 1/5 star review. Unfortunately her office staff isn't at the same level of standard as Dr Nguyen. I had the "pleasure" of having Edith help me again who has been and continues to be extremely rude, condescending and will gladly talk over you. I was literally told "excuse me but can I finish my sentence" after asking a simple question. It is very difficult to get appointments when you need but when I had the opportunity to schedule a follow up for my daughter when it worked within our schedule I was told not to since she was suppose to be seen one month later (her au
