I had a brief office consult with Dr Duong prior to a routine colonoscopy. He asked the routine and necessary questions and was affable and attentive to my particular history. The procedure was done at Mirage Endoscopy Center. At the time of the procedure I added an additional comment about my particular history, and he listened carefully and thanked me for the additional information; noting that it was useful, but would not affect the procedure or the likely outcome. His office followed up with the colonoscopy report in a few days, noting some small polyps that were later found to be benign. Dr Duong did the procedure himself with a nurse, an anesthetist, and a technician assisting. He commented briefly after the procedure that things had gone well and gave a summary of the results that matched the later written report.
