I saw Dr. Ngo on the recommendation of my nephew. I was leery having had many unpleasant prior dental experiences. Also, everyone has their own opinion of a doctor based on their individual needs, and I was prepared to form a different one than my nephew had. I'm quite pleased to say; I did not! Dr. Ngo was knowledgeable; however, still able to speak to me from a level I was able to grasp. He did not try to sell me something I wasn't there for, and he gave me extremely sound advice for my issue. He didn't talk down to me; I felt heard and important. I found this Doctor approachable, kind, professional, knowledgeable, and comforting. The office is beautiful and clean, and the staff is so warm and welcoming that I felt right at home. I want you to know this is coming from someone who is terrified by the dental experience. If you are looking to find your new dentist in the Scottsdale area, give David Ngo a chance. No regrets!
