Not a good experience! My first visit to the Doctor and he was "hands-off," let his nurse/assistant take care of basic tests, didn't ask any basic questions about my diet, my supplements, how I felt--nothing! Didn't bother to look at me! No interview, no dialogue, nothing! 3 months later, I get a bill from his office claiming that I did not answer questions from my insurance company--Aetna. That's preposterous! I never received any questions from that dubious company! Is the doctor not aware that we have been living with a Pandemic, that mail may not have been delivered? Would it not be appropriate for his office to contact me--by phone, etc.--to let me know they have not received payments from Aetna and to hear my side before sending me a bill for $410? How about a little courtesy and respect for your patients, Doctor!?
