Dr. Shah is an incredible pediatrician that my two children have seen since birth and we hope to continue seeing. During Covid with masks, he wore toys and fun stickers up by his face to help kids not feel so intimidated. Now he makes fun animal sounds, doesn’t force responses or interactions from the timid kids, and offers most of the medical tools to the children first to help ease nerves. He listens intently and reads body language. While he was talking I thought of something else I wanted to add and when he finished his sentence he said “it looks like you had something to mention when I said _”. I’ve always felt very safe and like my time and children’s care is the most important thing when he is meeting with us. He fully explains every procedure and I’ve never been made to feel like a fool if I need more information. If you get the opportunity to see him, leap at the chance!
