Dr Costakis is an amazing listener with a sensitive but not condescending approach. Instead of merely listening, she hears, processes and responds - she allows conversation to happen so she deeply knows the patient. That was my experience with Dr Costakis, and I can only figure that any negative reviews are a reflection of the patient writing the review, rather than a reflection of Dr Costakis.
