When I called Markman & Wolstan to make an appointment, the "phone" person was rude. She said I had not been there before which I had and that I missed my appointment which I hadn't. Most of the staff there is mediocre and not very friendly. But Dr. Parfenova made up for all of that. She is knowledgeable and efficient. I appreciated her friendliness along with the care and concern she showed with my eyes. When I return there it will be because of Dr. Parfenova.
