I had my first colonoscopy today, been putting it off for years. So many things just made me nervous. But I finally decided to get it done and found Dr. Skay through my primary care physician. I was very anxious. Dr. Skay took the time to listen and understand my worries, and helped me through them. She explained everything to the details that I wanted, and I felt that she truly cared. Between her expertise and sense of humor, I felt very at ease. And in the day of the appointment she ensured that I had everything that I needed to be calm and confident. Her 2.4 rating here did make me pause initially, but please do not use that as your guide - she truly is a 5! The complaints are mostly about appointment scheduling. I had no issues there, even when the initial date for my procedure needed to be rescheduled on the day of (due to a power outage). I was booked for her first available time after that. I am very picky, and whole-heatedly recommend Dr. Skay!
