I had a colonoscopy at South Shore Endoscopy with Dr. Liu, who I had never met. I had to wait a bit long for them to take me; Dr Liu came over and apologized for the wait and told me she is a little slow, because she is so thorough. I told her no need to apologize, as I certainly appreciate a thorough doctor. I was nervous about the procedure, as I had waiting longer than I should have to book my appointment, but Dr Liu has a calming effect, and put me at ease. I felt I was in very capable hands, and the procedure was a breeze. Dr Liu is ivery professional and personable, and I will most definitely be booking all future colonoscopies with her!
