Dr Denys was very thorough and helpful in explaining exactly how my shoulder fracture (I shattered the glenoid) had healed poorly, why surgery other than a total joint replacement wouldn't help, and getting me in for flouroscopically-guided steroid injections. She really listened to me and my concerns, and called other shoulder specialists to confer, since my fracture was unusual.
