I have had a history of back issues. At one point last year, I could barely tie my own shoes. I had tried everything: massage, chiro, exercise. Dr. Zuzelski (who is also my sister in-law) recommended trying prolo. I have to admit, I was scared because I'm a huge baby with needles... but she was so patient, gentle and explained everything step-by-step. Within a day and up through the week, I started feeling better. She also recommended key exercises to continue and I have ... and feel great.
