I've been seeing Dr. Chang for several years for chronic skin cancer issues. She is incredibly knowledgeable, proactive, diligent, and communicates very well. While under her care, I've had the "trifecta" of skin cancer (basal cell, squamous, and melanoma) and she has helped me understand the options for treatment that take into consideration my needs, questions, and concerns. Dr Chang is matter of fact and straight forward (somewhat "clinical" in her demeanor) but, over the years, I've gotten to see a kind and caring person who goes above and beyond to help her patients.
