I just saw Dr. Anne-Marie Reed with my mom. Dr. Reed is now with Simplicity Health on 2150 E. Highland Ave. Ste. 108, Phoenix, AZ 85016. The rules don't let me add brand names, email addresses, URLs. But if I could spell it out, it would be contact AT 1simplicity DOT com. The phone number is the old Camelback-Health number. She left Bay-less earlier this year, but they wouldn't share her new office information with us. She has been my family's PCP for years, and we'll continue to see her.
