I agree that Dr. Z is not a "hand-holder." She is businesslike (to me, not a problem). She is knowledgeable, stays on topic, and explains things well. I trust her judgment. The office staff is nice and her PT people are outstanding. I've had a lot of PT over the years and her people are among the best I've encountered. They listen, watch, and adjust treatment. So if Dr. Z doesn't win Miss Congeniality, it's okay with me, because she's helping me avoid knee replacement surgery.
