Details are not necessary. We were worried. A common infection regularly treated with antibiotics degraded over 3 days into a really scary looking and feeling situation. There is anxiety and hope when you need help. Doctor D'Erricos sincere concern gave us confidence he had a personal investment in solving our moment of crisis. We know he worked hard and reached out to others to find and answer. 24 hours later he has helped to put my wife back on a path to recovery. People have worse emergencies, but this was ours and we were fortunate that my wife was in his care, and for the team that supports him.
