My father came in with a nosebleed. It sounds simple, but he is 90 and on bloodthinners, so this was serious. Dr. France taught us a lot about how to handle this, and in addition had a medical student he was also teaching. He was professional, kind, and unbelievably knowledgeable in how to deal with the condition and with a 90 year old patient with dementia in how to sort it all out. I am extremely grateful.
