Dr. Vaca is the best! When I walked into his office nearly 30 years ago for my Narcolepsy it was the first time I felt I finally found a Dr. who actually understands it. When I left that office I felt the weight was lifted off my shoulders. I knew from that day forth it was all in his hands. We had a plan A, B,and C. I dread the day he retires. I advised him that he can't retire until he finds me a Dr. Just like him! So easy to talk with, laugh with...he really cares... I travel to see him, as I don't live in Sioux Falls. And well worth the travel. I know he is not taking any new patients....but if he was and you have Narcolepsy he would be the Dr. to see!
