I would definitely recommend Dr. Chen to anyone and everyone who might need an Otolaryngologist. First, he has a kind and pleasant personality including a big smile. Secondly, he is very patient and extremely knowledgeable; he explains the situation and his recommendations in simple, understandable terms. The bottom line is, Dr. Chen is an excellent doctor, well rounded and balanced. Kaiser Permanente is fortunate to have him on staff.
