I had been suffering from insomnia for years. It was to the point that no medications were working. It was causing problems at work, with relationships, and just a not so good quality of life. I went to Dr Chondra on a referral from my general practitioner. Dr Chondra and his staff spent a lot of time with me asking questions to get to the root of my issue. At the end of my visit Dr Chondra came in and spoke to me for approximately 20 minutes. He gave me some literature to read, and some exercises to do. I went home and did what he recommended (no meds by the way) I slept 6 good hours the first night. It has been 6 weeks since my first visit and I am falling asleep quickly and my quality of sleep is great. Dr Chondra and his staff have changed my quality of life tremendously for the good. I highly recommend this knowledgeable physician and his staff. They are top notch!
