Patient Reviews

I can honestly say that Dr Perelassaved my life a year ago. I was at VCU in the ICU with Pneumonia and Respiratory Failure when Dr Perelassaved was asked to join in my care, he immediately came on the team of Dr's and took over leading the team. After he came on board it was obvious he had taken the time to read my entire past and present medical history and knew what to do because once he came on board I was well enough to be released home in 8 days. He is my Pulmonologist for 2 years now and with each new Respiratory failure hospitalization he would immediately come on board to direct my car. I've been in the hospital 4 times since. He is so caring and friendly that each appointment feels like an update visit with a good friend, that is extremely intelligent.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
