Or at least as good as it gets in an ER. Dr Shackleford took the time to discuss treatment options for my wife despite the ER being slammed by one critical patient after another. She was very nice and put a lot of stock in our previous experiences with UTIs. If she ever opens her own practice we’ll be happy to have her as our family doctor.
