The entire waiting room was packed with patients and he saw me exactly at my appointment time. I could see how busy he was but he never felt me feel rushed. I was embarrassed about my foot condition but he was able to calm me down and explain that I did not need to be ashamed. I have a lot of worries about taking medications and lots of questions about treatments but he waited for me to feel comfortable with his treatment plan before moving on to his next patient. Most medicare doctors I have been to are not as empathetic, patient and as innovative as Dr. Jalil. He went above and beyond to give me a better treatment plan than I had before when I told him that previous medications I took did not work. I feel at home with him and I wish I could see him for all my other medical needs!
