She is a great doctor. I don't understand the bad reviews. They say she yells. When I am at an appointment, she is soft spoken. Sometimes I had to have her repeat something because I didn't hear what she said because she spoke so soft. Also, about the labs, first the person says she scheduled an afternoon appointment for a fast lab and then said the doc didn't tell her where the lab was. Dr. Bansal does not schedule labs, you can use whatever lab you want. There are a a few in town and if you ask her, she will tell you where they are.I had to see specialist and she ensures the results of this are in my records. If she can't handle something, then she gives you a referral. I have referred people to her and everyone I referred, really likes her.
