Dr. Sanchez is gentle and soft-spoken. He listens and has been willing to work with me. Lately, it has been much harder to schedule timely appointments with him. This year, every time I've called for an appointment, I've been told his schedule isn't available and to call back in a week or a few days. I suppose the same is true of everyone else at Kaseman pulmonary. When I call, I never get to talk with him; instead a nurse calls back in a day or 2. So I don't feel he's available for me.
