First, she called me at my home the night before my appointment to check if I had any questions. Prior to starting the procedure Dr. Hanes explained what and how she would work my two areas and asked if I had questions. She was obvious very skilled with Mohs surgery. I only had two sittings and she went only as deep has absolutely necessary. Her supporting nurses were great and worked seamlessly. Dr. Yanes provided her cell number if I had issues or a question. Now, how many doctors do that!
